At Health and Blossom, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our valued patrons. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of products from our e-commerce store, we offer a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy to address your concerns. However, we are not liable to refund for any damaged or used product, and we do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once they are sold.

Please allow for the number of days required to deliver the product to you from the date of receipt of your order. All the orders will be processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days depending upon geographical locations. For locations that are remote or cannot be serviced by our Courier Agencies, will be delivered by Registered Post and thus delivery may take between 10-12 working days.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items damaged / defective / missing in any shape or form.
  • Incorrect / wrong item received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exclusions

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened Skincare or Wellness products.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

The merchant / vendor / seller is responsible for the cost of return shipping / charges.
